These Betting Rules explain how wagers are placed, reviewed, accepted, settled and, where necessary, cancelled at Casino Adrenaline. Bet Settlement

Casino Adrenaline settles bets using the official result or outcome source identified for the relevant event or market. Settlement may take place after the event has ended, after an official result has been issued, or after the information required to determine the outcome becomes available.

Where a market has specific settlement conditions, those conditions take priority over general descriptions. Results may be amended if an official governing body corrects an error or if a settlement mistake is identified. A correction can result in an adjustment to the balance of an account. Customers should retain their bet confirmations and review settlement information promptly.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void when the underlying event or market cannot be settled reliably, when the relevant terms require cancellation, or when a material error affects the wager. Unless a market rule states otherwise, the stake for a void bet is returned without winnings attached.

Examples of circumstances that may lead to a void decision include:

Bonus Betting Rules

Promotional bets, bonus funds and other offers are subject to the terms shown when the promotion is presented. These terms may specify eligibility, activation, expiry, qualifying transactions, permitted markets, contribution rates and wagering requirements.

Bonus funds may not be immediately withdrawable. Any applicable wagering requirement must be completed with eligible bets before related winnings can be withdrawn. Bets that are void, cancelled, refunded or excluded by the promotion terms may not count toward such a requirement.

Customers must not deliberately exploit a known fault and should report suspected errors rather than attempting to repeat them.

Account records, server logs and transaction data may be used to determine what occurred. A temporary suspension of a market or account may be applied while an investigation is completed.

Fraud Prevention
